An attitude of gratitude brings you many opportunities.
If I find myself feeling blue, I try to remind myself what I am thankful for and why. I have a trick to help with this that I will share with you. Since feelings of depression can often consume us, what I do when I am feeling positive and in a good head space is to write these items down in a gratitude journal, or even just a notepad for that matter. Later on when I am feeling down or stuck, I can refer back to what I am truly grateful for. I can remind my self of any abundance the universe has sent my way.
